Wartime Winter

This is a small set of slides apparently taken in Seoul during the winter, probably in 1952 or 1953, by a USAF Airman. Many of the photos show people lined up to receive clothing and food (note how many are carrying pots and pans), in the bitter cold of a Korean winter.

korea 1977 This is a group of slides taken in Korea during July and August of 1977. I know nothing else about them-there were no notes on the slides. They came from ebay, and the seller knew nothing about them,either. I think many of them might have been taken in the Busan area.
